I live in Victoria, on the west coast of Canada. It's a great place for cycling, which is good for me because that's one of my favorite things to do.

More recently I have become interested in woodturning. There are photos of some of my work elsewhere on this site. I joined the
Island Woodturners' Guild in 2008 and it has been a great source of inspiration and information. The Guild doesn't presently have
a website, but I'll add a link when they create one.

Other hobbies include motorcycling (I have a 2006 Suzuki V-Strom 650,) learning to play my Seagull S6 acoustic guitar,
and geocaching.
